This moon is known as the Flower Moon in the North American tradition, due to the mass flowering of wild flowers during the month of May. A potent reminder of rebirth and renewal, making this a magical time.

Welcome!
Today I am Honoured to bring you a Full Moon Meditation for May, which is known as the “Flower Moon”
Make yourself Cosy and Comfortable, if you want to put a soft blanket around you, do that.
So Gently Close your Eyes and Relax. This is your time. The Gift of Time for You, to You… We will start by taking Three Big Deep Breaths…
In through your nose and very slowly out through your mouth, and again, in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth… One last time in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth… Begin to feel Yourself Relax and Let Go of the Outside World…
Feel your Feet on the ground beneath you, deeply connected to Mother Earth and see Roots, like Roots from a Strong Oak Tree, Coming from the Soles of your Feet and going deep into the Ground Beneath you, Wrapping Around a Large Sparkling Crystal Ball in Hollow Earth, Grounding you. See beautiful Light coming from this Crystal Ball and
Travelling up through all your Chakras, Like a Sparkling Healing River of Crystal Light…Let it Flow… I now invoke All Our Angels and Guides to be With us Here Today and enfold us in their wings of Love and Protection.
I now Invoke the Beautiful Golden Christed Energy to Surround us in this Precious Healing Light and also Archangel Michael to surround us in his Blue Cloak of Support, Protection, Confidence and Perfect Communication.
Relax …You are Enveloped in Love and Light and You are Very Very Loved… Feel that Love…
Now See and Feel a Golden Angel Mist all around you. Breathe in this Golden Mist into every fibre of your body…. Let it Relax you Further……
MEDITATION
It is late Evening in the Month of May. You are sitting on a Swing chair in the grounds of a Beautiful Cottage. You have been staying in this Cottage for a few days, enjoying every moment of this Time…
A Time For You.
A Time to Connect with your Dreams, Your Path, Your Essence…
The Cottage is Painted a Pale Shade of Pink and has white picket fencing around it’s little garden. A Pink Cherry Blossom Tree Stands Tall and Vibrant on the left hand side of a little cobblestone garden path. Shed Pink petals from the Tree are scattered around it’s base and around the garden, creating a Soft Carpet of Pink Flowers. It Makes a Glorious Spectacle.
The Garden is Awash with Flowers of every Colour and Size, a Haven for Butterflies and Bees. The Cottage is like something out of a Story Book. You feel so Blessed and Grateful to be here.
On the Other side of the Picket Fencing, there is a Field of Bluebells. The Beautiful Blue Colour of the Bluebells mixes perfectly with the Pink colour radiating from the Cottage and the Cherry Blossom Tree, creating a Healing Relaxing Masterpiece.
You Relax on a Swing Chair, which is adorned with Colourful Cushions and is surrounded by a Rose Arch.
Roses of Red, Yellow and Purple twine together in an Array of Colour. Roses…The Flowers of the Angels. Their Glorious Scent sails in the evening air and envelopes you in further Relaxation and Peace.
Below the Garden of the Cottage is a secluded Golden Beach. The Sound of the Waves Dashing to the seashore below you is carried by the Evening Gentle Breeze and you Relish in it’s glorious sound…the Power of Mother Nature. You slowly get up from the Swing-chair and walk over tothe edge of the Garden and gaze down at the Beach just below You.
You watch as the Waves dash and Dance to the Shore. The Beach has beautiful Golden Sand and Amazing Rock formations and little sheltered coves are sprinkled around. It is such a perfect place to be on this Beautiful May late Evening. You marvel at the Beach’s Sheer Beauty, its Aliveness. It Oozes Peace and Tranquility, Freshness and Wonder…
You take a Big Deep Breath and let the Fresh Sea Air enfold you…You Breathe it in Again… The Beach below you is Beckoning you…
There is a little private entrance to the Beach from the Garden of the Cottage and you make your way over… You walk slowly, enjoying every footstep through the Glorious Garden until you reach some Green Shrubbery that is sprinkled with some Wonderful Wild Flowers of Every Colour. On the Wall grows a pink trailing Clematis. There a Blue Door Stands, with a Golden Knob in its Centre. The Door is decorated with drawings of Blue Birds.
You slowly turn the Golden Knob and open the Door.
Sand-filled granite steps await you, creating a Perfect Path down to the Beach Below. Sea Air blows back your hair and you smile at the perfect view of the magnificent Beach just a few steps away. You make your way down the granite steps… When you Reach the Beach, You slowly take off your shoes and you feel the Sand beneath your feet, soft and gentle… Everything you do is in Slow Motion… You are “In the Moment”…
The Fresh Sea Air fills your lungs and you Breathe it in and Feel the Gratitude for this Time…
You continue to Walk, enjoying every moment of the Fresh Sea Air and the Perfect Surroundings. It is Indeed a Glorious Haven. After a while, you walk over slowly to the Water’s Edge and stand, feeling the Wet Sand beneath your feet.
You are enjoying watching the Waves as they tumble and dance to the Shore, their Sound echoing all around you. One of the Waves Splashes up on you and you giggle as you feel it’s refreshing energy, like its washing away all that no longer serves your highest good… You are So in the Moment…This Moment of Pure Peace…..Let this Feeling Enfold You…
You Feel the Wet Sand beneath your Feet and watch as the waves dance to shore and Slowly retreat. Its So Glorious being Surrounded and Enfolded by Mother Nature…You Feel so Blessed and Grateful.
Its Beginning to get darker now and you notice some Sparkling Stars Shining their Glorious Light. They are like Jewels on a Soft Carpet. You gaze up at them as they Shine down…
The Full Moon Graces the Night Sky and is Reflected on the Water.
You are Surrounded, enfolded and held in the Essence of Love.
You walk along slowly by the Water’s Edge, feeling peaceful and relaxed. You then decide to sit on a large flat rock that is perched by the side of the Beach. You sit down and let the water lap around your feet. The sound of the lapping water is so Therapeutic and Calming. You gaze up at the Full Moon and you Moon Bathe in her Divine Feminine Energy. The Moonlight shines Bright and Vibrant. The Peace is Delicious… you Savour in its Perfect Vibration, You Relax Further… As you Relax Further and Further… Totally Enfolded in the Arms of Mother Nature, the very special scent of Roses is Gently Brought to you on the Wings of the Soft Evening Air… The Glorious Aroma Fills your Senses and then the air is filled with a Blue Mist… You are Enfolded in Pure Peace, Perfect Peace, Loving Peace…
Through the Blue Mist, there Standing Before you is Mother Mary, dressed in Blue. Her Blue Eyes are Kind, Compassionate, Caring and Full of Love for You. You feel so comforted in her Presence. You feel yourself Smiling back at Mother Mary and Feeling Such Gratitude, Such Love… Such Peace…
Mother Mary approaches you very slowly and then sits beside you and reaches out her hand to yours… You take her hand Gratefully and immediately you feel the Motherly Energy of Pure Love, Compassion and Peace radiate through you. You feel so protected and nourished, so Cared for and So Very Very Loved.
Smiling, Our Lady then looks into your eyes with her Blue Eyes of Pure Love. No words are spoken. The Energy flows…Pure Divine Compassionate Motherly Love… You feel every part of your Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Bodies responding to Mother Mary’s Love.
The Full Moon Shines Down on you Both and More Twinkling Stars come out to carpet the night sky… Soak Up this Energy. Feel Your Heart Overflowing with Love and Light and Peace…Let this Love and Light and Peace flow from your Heart and see it Enfolding Our World in a Blanket of Pure Love. See the World Light Up with Love.
Mother Mary Our Mother Surround Us All in Your Powerful Love As We Rest With You in the Full Moon Light Coming from Above Enfold us in your Motherly Compassionate Embrace Releasing Cares and Worries with your Gentle Caring Ways Bring to us the Perfect Directions in all our Days Whisper to us when We are Troubled or Concerned And Bring us to a Place of Peace… Perfect Peace… Let the Peace we Feel being in your Presence Flow out to the World Filling the Hearts of Humanity with Peace, Love and Kindness and Perfect Direction Blessing the Rivers and Oceans and the Animals Feel the Gratitude, Feel the Peace Feel the Stillness, The Tranquility, The Love, The Power of Love. Love is the Strongest Vibration.

See Yourself Standing up from the Rock and walking with Mother Mary along the beach, Feeling Freer, Lighter and more connected to your Beautiful Heart… see yourself Travelling back to where you started this Meditation…
Now See yourself sitting on your Chair, Feel your Feet on the ground and your Back on the Chair. Feel the Support of the Chair and the Ground Beneath You.
Gently Tap your Feet on the Ground and Become aware of Sounds around you…
Then take Two Big Deep Breaths… Begin to Wriggle your Feet and Fingers and then slowly raise your Arms above your head and bring them down slowly and then give yourself a big hug! Continue to tap your feet on the ground…
Open your Eyes and Smile!
