Visualisation to tap in to your inner wisdom with Archangel Jophiel
- Sit comfortably in a place where you won’t be disturbed.
- Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths.
- As you breathe in see yourself breathing in the golden light of the Angels. Allow this light to go wherever it needs to within your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional body.
- See this light surrounding you like a bubble.
- You are safe within this bubble.
- Take your awareness to your heart. And send love to your body, mind, and soul.
- Send love to anyone you wish to.
- Focus on your crown chakra and visualize it opening up and connecting with cosmic wisdom. Call upon that part of you that is always connected to the divine.
- Hold the intent – I now call upon Archangel Jophiel to bring me my guidance with clarity.
- You may ask for insights about a specific topic.
- When you feel complete, very gently take a deep breath and open your eyes with gratitude to the divine beings.
For the next few days pay attention to your intuitive feelings as you may continue to receive guidance that you asked for.
