Full Moon-Meditation – March 18th 2022
Connecting with your Highest Self with the Help of Archangel Metatron
1 Sit quietly. Close your eyes to absorb the words better. Take a few deep breaths. While you inhale, the energy flows through you; while you exhale, you relax. And again, inhale energy, and as you exhale, let the outside world disappear. You are now centered and have arrived in your inner world.
2 Call upon Archangel Michael and ask him to protect space and dissolve all lower vibrations around you. He puts his royal blue light over your space for protection.
3 Now, take with your attention into your Earth Star Chakra. Archangel Sandalphon stands at your side and activates the Earth Star under your feet. Connect with earth by growing roots from the soles of your feet into the Crystalline Heart of Lady Gaia. Lady Gaia welcomes you in her blue-green light and sends her love up through the roots to your Earth Star …… Now you are well-grounded.
4 Feel your Earth Star Chakra become bigger and wider through the deep connection with Lady Gaia. It is a huge, silver energetic ball under your feet. Ask Archangel Sandalphon to open your chakras. Then he pulls the ball up around you – over your legs, your body, your head, and even higher up and above your Stellar Gateway Chakra until you are standing in the center of the ball of silver light. As the vibration rises, all Chakras vibrate in a 5th-dimensional frequency. Feel into your Chakras and sense that they are open….
5 Ask Archangel Metatron to put a bubble of light around you. Feel Archangel Metatron activating a golden-orange sphere of light around you, in which your Merkabah is located. This is the geometric shape of the 6-pointed Star in a sphere from Atlantis, helping you to raise your frequency.
6 Invoke the Golden Christ Light to flow into this bubble of light and increase the energy in it to the highest level possible. Feel or sense the high-frequency energy of the Golden Christ Light flowing in and filling the golden-orange sphere completely. You are now well prepared to connect with your Higher Self.
7 Now, ask Archangel Metatron to send down a beam of high-frequency light from your Higher Self through all your Chakras to your Earth Star. Instantly he takes your consciousness higher and higher to your Higher Self, a source of light above your Stellar Gateway Chakra. Now see a column of light flowing down from your Higher Self into the wide-open Stellar Gateway. Notice how the stream of light flows down to your Soul Star, Causal, Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Navel, Sacral, Base, and into your Earth Star.
Feel yourself glowing in bliss and your full power, flooded with the column of light from your Higher Self down to your Earth Star. Breathe slowly and deeply as you integrate this energy. Relax and absorb this energy into every cell of your physical body. Allow the high-frequency light to expand into your etheric fields: your emotional, mental, and spiritual body.…
8 Once again bring your attention to your Earth Star. Archangel Sandalphon leads this pillar of light further into Hollow Earth and anchors it in the heart of Lady Gaia. She receives the light and sends it into the ley lines that start glowing in the golden light until earth radiates from within. The aura surrounding the earth is also shining in this golden light. See the earth before you as a golden ball surrounded by golden light. Planet Earth radiates far into the universe to take on its true task as the high-frequency Solar Plexus Chakra of the universe.
9 To anchor your Higher Self, come into your Base Chakra now. Sense the Platinum Chakra. Anchor your Highest Self there with the words – repeat them aloud or in your mind: I Am My Higher Self! – I Am My Higher Self! – I Am My Higher Self!
Become aware of how the energy in your Base Chakra has increased. It expands and pulsates. Maybe you feel tingling, warmth, or some other sensation? All that shows you that the anchoring of the Highest Self has happened.
This high-frequency energy will accompany and protect you. You can pass it on and touch everything and everyone with it. This is service work for your Ascension and that of all sentient beings and our planet as we approach the New Golden Age. 10 Bring your aura closer to you so that you feel comfortable and gently bring your awareness back into your body and your room.
11 Feel your body and sense that you are grounded. Feel your feet on the floor and move them a little bit. Move your hands and arms if you wish. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes.

Connettersi con il tuo se’ più alto con l’ aiuto dell’ Archangelo Metatron
1 Siediti in silenzio. Chiudi gli occhi per assorbire meglio le parole. Fai qualche respiro profondo. Mentre inspiri, l’ energia scorre attraverso di te, mentre respiri ti rilassi. E ancora, inspira energia e mentre respiri, lascia che il mondo esterno scompaia. Ora sei centrato e sei arrivato nel tuo mondo interiore.
2 Invoca l’ Arcangelo Michele e chiedigli di proteggere il tuo spazio e di dissolvere tutte le vibrazioni inferiori intorno a te. Mette la sua luce blu reale sul tuo spazio per protezione.
3 Ora porta la tua attenzione nel Chakra della Stella della Terra. L’ Arcangelo Sandalphon è al tuo fianco e attiva la Stella della Terra sotto I tuoi piedi. Connettiti con la Terra facendo crescere le radici dalla pianta dei tuoi piedi nel cuore cristallino di Lady Gaia. Lady Gaia ti accoglie nella sua luce verde- azzurra e invia il suo amore attraverso le radici alla tua Stella della Terra …ora sei ben radicato.
4 Senti il tuo Chakra della Stella della Terra diventare sempre più grande attraverso la profonda connessione con Lady Gaia. È un’ enorme palla argentata sotto i tuoi piedi. Chiedi all’ Arcangelo Sandalphon di aprire I tuoi chakra. Poi tira su la palla intorno a te, sopra le tue gambe, il tuo corpo, la tua testa e ancora più in alto e sopra il tuo chakra della Porta Stellare finché non ti trovi al centro della sfera di luce argentata. All’ aumentare della vibrazione, tutti i chakra vibrano in una frequenza quinta dimensione. Sentili nei tuoi chakra e senti che sono aperti
5 Chiedi all’ Arcangelo Metraton di mettere una bolla di luce intorno a te. Senti l’ Arcangelo Metraton che attiva una sfera di luce arancione dorata intorno a te, in cui si trova la tua Merkabah. Questa è la forma geometrica della Stella a sei punte in una sfera di Atlantide, che ti aiuta ad aumentare la tua frequenza.
6 Invoca la Luce dorata di Cristo affinché fluisca in questa bolla di luce e aumenti l’ energia in essa al livello più alto possibile. Senti o percepisci l’ energia ad alta frequenza della Luce dorata del Cristo che fluisce dentro e riempie completamente la sfera arancione dorata. Ora sei ben preparato per connetterti con il tuo Se’ superiore.
7 Ora chiedi all’ Arcangelo Metraton di inviare un raggio di Luce ad alta frequenza dal tuo Se’ superiore attraverso tutti i tuoi chakra alla tua Stella della Terra. Istantaneamente porta la tua coscienza sempre più in alto nel tuo Se’ Superiore, una fonte di luce sopra il tuo chakra della Porta Stellare. Ora guarda una colonna di luce che scorre dal tuo Se’ superiore nell’ ampia Porta Stellare aperta. Nota come il flusso di luce scorre verso la tua Porta Stellare, causale, corona, terzo occhio, gola, cuore, plesso solare, ombelico, sacrale, base e nella tua Stella della Terra. Sentiti risplendere di beatitudine e del tuo pieno potere, inondando dalla colonna di luce dal tuo Se’ superiore fino alla tua Stella della Terra. Respira lentamente e profondamente mentre integri questa energia. Rilassati e assorbi questa energia in ogni cellula del tuo corpo fisico. Lascia che la luce ad alta frequenza si espande nei tuoi campi eterici: il tuo corpo emotivo, mentale e spirituale.
8 Ancora una volta porta la tua attenzione alla tua Stella della Terra. L’ Arcangelo Sandalphon conduce questa colonna di luce più in profondità nella Terra Cava e l’ àncora nel cuore di Lady Gaia
9 Per ancorare il tuo Se’ superiore, entra ora nel tuo chakra di base. Percepisci il chakra color platino. Ancorate lì il vostro Se’ più alto con le parole- ripetute ad alta voce o nella tua mente : “ Io Sono il mio Se’ Superiore! Io Sono il mio Se’ Superiore! Io Sono il mio Se’ Superiore! Diventa consapevole di come l’ energia nel tuo chakra di base è aumentata. Si espande e pulsa. Forse senti formicolio, calore o qualche altra sensazione? Tutto ciò ti mostra che l’ ancoraggio del Se’ più alto è avvenuto. Questa energia ad alta frequenza ti accompagnerà e ti proteggerà. Puoi trasmetterlo e toccare tutto e tutti con esso. Questo è un lavoro di servizio per la vostra Ascensione e quella di tutti gli esseri senzienti e del nostro Pianeta mentre ci avviciniamo alla Nuova Età dell’ Oro. 10 Avvicina la tua aura a te in modo da sentirti a tuo agio e riporta delicatamente la tua consapevolezza nel tuo corpo e nella tua stanza.
11 Senti il tuo corpo e senti che sei radicato. Senti i tuoi piedi sul pavimento e muovili un po’. Muovi le mani e le braccia se lo desideri. Quando sei pronto, apri lentamente gli occhi.
