As you sit in a quiet, peaceful place and lightly close your eyes, take a few moments to settle down in your chair comfortably. Allow yourself to follow the rhythmic flow of your breath, gently flowing in… and out. Breathe in the golden light of the angels surrounding you now….and breathe it out into your aura, filling your energies with the beautiful golden light.
Allow your attention to move towards your feet and visualize your golden roots growing down from your feet, deep down into the center of Mother Earth to her crystalline heart. Allow your golden roots to wrap themselves tightly around the magnificent crystal, grounding you into the love and safety of beloved Mother Earth.
Now, call upon Archangel Zadkiel, Archangel Gabriel and Master St. Germain to clear your aura and energy fields with the Cosmic Violet Diamond Flame and to transmute all lower energies into Divine Light and Divine Love. Feel this deeply clearing you and uplifting you to the higher vibrations of purity.
The crystalline energy of Mother Earth is flowing upwards through your roots, through your Earth Star Chakra into your feet and then up through your body, energizing every cell of your body. The energy flows up and out through your Crown Chakra and your higher chakras, moving up to the Source Light. While this energy is flowing up, you become aware of a golden thread that is connecting your heart to Source. The golden energy flows up from the crystalline energy stream of Mother Earth directly to the heart of God, to Source and to your origins.
You are now connected from heart to heart with God. God’s unconditional Love, a column of pure white Light is coming down through your higher chakras, entering your body through your Crown Chakra, flowing through your whole body, lightening it up and illuminating it entirely; and then the Light flows down through your feet, your Earth Star Chakra and your roots into the heart of Mother Earth. You can see or sense the Divine Light entering the crystalline heart and filling Mother Earth with Divine Light and Divine Love. You know you are grounded and connected with Source.

In your inner world, you find yourself walking along a beautiful woodland path accompanied by your guardian angel. You see wildflowers in the grass and the trees with tender green leaves. The path opens out into a clearing. The clearing is welcoming, and the sun is setting already. You can see the beautiful and radiant full moon rising, and her light is reflected in the serene lake nearby. Now you can see in the center of the clearing a white carriage, and Unicorns are standing in front of it.
Your guardian angel smiles and invites you to take a journey to Mother Mary at her Retreat above Lourdes in France. You are sitting in a comfortable carriage with your guardian angel, and the Unicorns are drawing it. Feel the purity of the Unicorns. You are flying to the etheric castle of Mother Mary. The carriage gently lands in the forecourt, and with your guardian angel, you are going to meet Mother Mary. The Angels in blue robes greet you, and Mother Mary appears in her aquamarine blue light smiling at you. The Divine Mother blesses you …. She puts her hands on your heart chakra, and you can feel her deep, nourishing Love …. You can feel a growing sense of love and deep bliss………..feeling oneness with her.

You are going back with more light, wisdom and knowledge, and a grateful heart. You sit with your guardian angel in the white carriage, flying back to the clearing. From there, you walk to the place where you started. Bring your consciousness back to your room and feel the chair you are sitting on. Thank the beings of light who have been working with you. Bring your attention to your roots and visualize them deep and strong, well-grounded and connected to Mother Earth. Be aware of your connection to Source and the protection around you. Bring your aura back to a level that is appropriate for you at this time. Move your arms and hands and open your eyes. Smile!

Mentre ti siedi in un luogo tranquillo e pieno di pace e chiudi leggermente gli occhi, prenditi qualche momento per sederti comodamente sulla sedia. Concediti di seguire il flusso ritmico del tuo respiro che fluisce delicatamente dentro… e fuori. Inspira la luce dorata degli angeli che ti circondano adesso… e espirala nella tua aura, riempiendo la tua energia con la bellissima luce dorata.
Consenti alla tua attenzione di andare avanti verso i tuoi piedi e visualizza le tue radici dorate che crescono giù dai tuoi piedi, giù al centro di Madre Terra nel suo cuore cristallino. Consenti alle tue radici dorate di avvolgersi saldamente intorno al magnifico cristallo, radicandoti nell’amore e nella sicurezza dell’amata di Madre Terra.

Tu puoi vedere o sentire la Luce divina che entra nel cuore cristallino e riempie Madre Terra con la Luce divina e con l’Amore Divino. Sai che sei radicata e connessa con la Sorgente.
Invoca l’Arcangelo Michele e chiedigli di mettere il suo mantello di protezione blu profondo intorno a te. Invoca il Raggio Dorato Cristico per la tua protezione complete. Invoca l’Arcangelo Metatron di mettere la sua bolla dell’Ascensione arancione-dorata della nona dimensione intorno a te. Ti senti al sicuro e protetta …va tutto bene.
Nel tuo mondo interiore, ti trovi a camminare lungo un bellissimo sentiero nel bosco accompagnata dal tuo angelo custode. Vedi fiori selvatici nel prato e gli alberi con tenere foglie verdi. Il sentiero si apre in una radura. La radura è accogliente, e il sole sta già tramontando. Puoi vedere la bellissima e radiante luna piena che sale, e la sua luce è riflessa nel lago calmo vicino. Puoi vedere nel centro della radura una carrozza bianca e gli Unicorni sono in piedi davanti alla carrozza.
Il tuo angelo custode sorride e ti invita a fare un viaggio da Madre Maria nel suo Ritiro sopra Lourdes in Francia. Ti siedi in una carrozza comoda con il tuo angelo custode, e gli Unicorni la tirano. Senti la purezza degli Unicorni. Stai volando verso il castello eterico di Madre Maria. La carrozza atterra delicatamente nel cortile esterno, e con il tuo angelo custode, vai ad incontrare Madre Maria. Gli Angeli con le vesti blu ti salutano, e Madre Maria appare con la sua luce blu acquamarina sorridendoti. La Madre Divina ti benedice …. Mette le sue mani sul tuo chakra del cuore, e tu puoi sentire il suo Amore profondo e che nutre …. Puoi sentire un senso crescente di amore e profonda beatitudine ………..sentendoti unita con lei.

Porti l’attenzione alle tue radici e le visualizzi in profondità e forti, ben radicate e connesse con Madre Terra. Sii consapevole della tua connessione con la Sorgente e la protezione intorno a te.
