A Journey to the Great Lemurian Crystal of Hollow Earth
- Try to catch sight of the Full Moon and receive her energy. Create a calming space, light a candle if possible. Greet yourself and your spirit with love.
- Connect in with the earth by wriggling your toes and feeling the soles of your feet touching the floor. Invite the chakras of the feet to wake up and connect in with the great earth energy below.
- Send love and gratitude from your heart down through the body and the chakras, through the earth chakra and into the earth, fully grounding you and connecting you to Mother Earth.
- Feel a vast column of golden white light flowing down over you and around you. This comes from Source and travels through the Lemurians and the Full Moon. Allow this light to infuse and merge with you. Healing and repairing cells, bathing each one in this light. Softening the heart, allowing any worries or cares to be cradled in love.
- Invite Archangel Michael, St Germain and Archangel Zadkiel to create around you a blazing orb of protective deep blue and violet light with flecks of silver, bouncing away anything that does not serve and purifying it with violet fire. Relax in the knowledge that you are completely safe and protected.
- Invoke the unicorns, inviting your own personal unicorn to step forward as they make themselves known to you. Feel as your loving unicorn nuzzles your hand and then points their spiralling silver-white horn of light to your heart. Feel the beautiful connection and recognition of your vast and magnificent soul.
- Call in Mother Mary. Rest back into her aquamarine cloak of light that she places lovingly around your shoulders. Feel her unconditional love for you.
- Listen to the beating of the Cosmic Heart, which connects with you now.
- Invoke the great Lemurians and the Lemurian angels.
- Hear the soft song of all the Lemurian crystals of the earth as they are switching on. Some of the crystals on the earth’s surface are also activating now.
- Touch your unicorn who is inviting you now to go with them. You may walk with them or climb onto your unicorn’s back, whichever is more comfortable for you.
- Your unicorn leads you into an ancient, moonlit forest. The magnificent Full Moon sails overhead, bringing silver glowing light in through the wise, tall trees that smile down at you. Spend some time to connect in with one of those trees.
- In a clearing is a shimmering portal of pink and silver lights. Elementals dance around it like golden sparkles.
- You step into the portal with your unicorn and you are brought to an enormous Lemurian crystal in Hollow Earth.
- You are surrounded in its white and rainbow light, and you can walk around inside, with its many caves adorned like a magnificent temple.
- Many Lemurians and loving guides are here, waiting to meet you. Receive any messages they have for you now. Tell them anything you want to.
- Sit before an altar of candles with many other beings of light. At this full moon, many prayers are being brought to Source, and you can say any prayers that you wish, and light candles at the altar for them.
- Spend some time here bathed in the light of the Full Moon whose radiant hue shimmers all around. Open yourself to the divine Light Language that is available to you.
- Allow yourself to release anything you want to let go of from your life. From your heart. Accept the support of wise and loving guides.
- Your unicorn leads you back through the vast crystal to the portal where you return to the ancient forest.
- The elementals dance before you as you walk back from the clearing. Go with your unicorn out of the forest to the place where you started.
- Place your hand on your unicorn’s face and hold that connection for as long as you want. When you are ready, come back into the room.
- Ask your angels to bring your aura and chakras closer to the body to a comfortable level.
- Connect in with the earth energy to ground yourself thoroughly, utilising the feet chakras and your love for Mother Earth.

- Invita l’Arcangelo Michele, St Germain e l’ Arcangelo Zadkiel a creare intorno a te una sfera di luce ardente protettiva blu profondo e viola con macchioline di argento, rimbalzando via tutto ciò che non serve purificandolo con la fiamma viola. Rilassati nella consapevolezza che sei completamente al sicuro e protetta.
- Invoca gli unicorni, invita il tuo unicorno personale a farsi avanti mentre si fanno conoscere da te. Senti come il tuo amorevole unicorno strofina la tua mano e poi punta il suo corno di luce a spirale bianco-argentato verso il tuo cuore. Senti la bellissima connessione e il riconoscimento della tua vasta e magnifica anima.
- Invoca Madre Maria. Ritorna indietro nel suo mantello di luce acquamarina che mette amorevolmente intorno alle tue spalle. Senti il suo amore incondizionato.
- Ascolta il battito del Cuore Cosmico, che adesso si connette con te.
- Invoca i grandi Lemuriani e gli angeli Lemuriani.
- Ascolta la canzone soft di tutti i cristalli Lemuriani della terra mentre si stanno accendendo. Anche alcuni cristalli della superfice della terra si stanno attivando adesso.
- Tocca il tuo unicorno che adesso ti invita ad andare con lui. Puoi camminare con lui o salire sulla sua schiena, qualunque cosa sia più comoda per te.
- Il tuo unicorno ti conduce in una foresta antica, illuminata dalla luna. La magnifica Luna Piena naviga in alto, portando luce argentata splendente attraverso gli alti alberi saggi che ti sorridono. Trascorri del tempo per connetterti con uno di quegli alberi .
- In una radura c’è un portale di luci rosa e argento scintillanti. Gli Elementali danzano intorno a te come scintille dorate.
- Entri nel portale con il tuo unicorno e vieni portato in un enorme cristallo Lemuriano nella Terra Cava.
- Sei circondata dalla sua luce bianca e arcobaleno, e puoi camminare dentro, con le sue numerose grotte come un tempio magnifico.
- Molti Lemuriani e molte guide amorevoli sono qui, che aspettano di incontrarti. Ricevi tutti i messaggi che hanno per te Dì loro tutto quello che vuoi.
- Siediti davanti ad un altare di candele con molti altri esseri di luce. In questa luna piena , sono state portate molte preghiere alla Sorgente, e tu puoi dire qualsiasi preghiera che desideri, e accendere le candele sull’altare.
- Trascorri del tempo qui immerse nella luce della Luna Piena la cui tonalità radiosa scintilla tutt’intorno. Apriti al Linguaggio della Luce divina che è disponibile per te.
- Permettiti di rilasciare tutto quello che vuoi lasciare andare dalla tua vita. Dal tuo cuore. Accetta il support delle guide sagge e amorevoli.
- Il tuo unicorno ti riporta indietro attraverso il grande cristallo del portale da dove ritorni nella foresta antica.
- Gli elementali danzano davanti a te quando ritorni dalla radura. Esci dalla foresta con il tuo unicorno verso il posto da dove siete partiti .
- Metti la mano sulla faccia dell’unicorno e mantieni quella connessione tutto il tempo che vuoi. Quando sei pronta ,ritorna nella tua stanza.
- Chiedi ai tuoi angeli di portate la tua aura e i tuoichakra più vicini al tuo corpo ad un livello confortevole.
- Connettiti con l’energia della terra per radicarti a fondo, utilizzando I chakra dei piedi e il tuo amore per Madre Terra.
