Creating the Family Circle
Many years ago whilst nursing I was I inspired when administering night medication to an old lady. She would place the small pot containing two tablets, by her bed, look around her bedroom and then gracefully approach each of the family pictures sitting on the shelves around the room. She would kiss her fingers and place them firmly on the face smiling back at her. Her face softened, by the time she had completed all ten kissed photos she was content to settle happily down in bed with her warm milky drink. She reminding me of the cat who got the cream! Such was her inner peace.
I loved going into this lovely lady’s room. She had clearly found a way to connect with the people she loved that soothed the pain of her separation from them.
I’m my life the daily meditation of creating a family circle together with my husband John, is a ritual we both enjoy and benefit from. We don’t live near to family members and it helps us to feel the love connections we have as a family.
Often we will place angel cards face down to represent each adult and one in the centre to represent all eight grandchildren. It is always fun to turn the cards over after the meditation and see which angel has come in for that person.

By doing this regularly the love connection to your family and the Angelic realm gets increasingly stronger.
Many blessings to you all.
