I’m Purnima, founder of Lalita Moon.

I’m a Soul Guide, Ascension Teacher and Multidimensional Healer, and my work brings together spiritual teaching, energy healing and soul-led guidance to help people understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with who they truly are.

I have always been deeply curious about the human experience. Why are we here? Why do we repeat certain patterns? What are we here to learn? How do our physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual selves work together? And what changes when we begin to remember that we are Souls having a human experience?

That curiosity has taken me through years of learning, healing and spiritual exploration. My work today draws on the chakras, the Four Bodies, energy healing, the Akashic Records, meditation, ascension teachings, Archangels and other beings of light.

I love learning and understanding spiritual concepts from different perspectives — but even more than that, I love making them simple, relatable and experiential.

Because for me, spirituality isn't only something we learn. It is something we experience.

In my masterclasses and workshops, I combine teaching with reflection, guided visualisation, meditation and energy work so that you have the opportunity not only to understand a concept, but to notice what it means within your own life and experience.

My own journey has also shaped this work. After more than 25 years in the corporate world, my spiritual awakening led me into a much deeper exploration of myself, my healing and ultimately my purpose. That journey eventually became Lalita Moon.

I don't believe spirituality is about having all the answers or being told what to believe. I encourage curiosity, personal experience and discernment. Take what resonates. Question what doesn't. And above all, learn to trust your own inner knowing.

At the heart of everything I do is remembrance.

Remembering the wisdom already within you. Remembering that you are more than the roles, expectations and experiences that have shaped you. Remembering your connection to your Soul, to the Divine, to each other and to all life.

And ultimately, remembering your way home to yourself.
