Hi, I’m Yu-Han 🌿 I was born in Taiwan and moved to Sydney, Australia, in 2017 to study. After graduating, I chose to stay and begin a new chapter of life here.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their true selves and discover the divine light within their hearts. My mission is to guide you not just to experience spiritual knowledge, but to integrate practical wisdom into your daily life—so you can see your own light, reconnect with your strengths, and navigate life’s challenges with courage and joy.

Whether you are seeking personal growth, guidance, or support, my work is designed to help you realign with your true self and discover the tools you can carry forward in your everyday life.

Workshops

My workshops are designed to go deeper than spiritual knowledge alone—they help you:

Through these practices, you’ll gradually see your own light more clearly, carry your personal strength into every aspect of your life, and naturally share your light with the world around you.

Energy Healing

I am also an energy healer trained at the Ashati Institute, and I channel multiple healing energies, including Ashati, Alsemia, Reiki, and Seichim energy. Each of these energies supports different aspects of your wellbeing, gently working across physical, emotional, and mental layers to restore balance and harmony.

I offer workshops and energy healing sessions in both English and Chinese, and I welcome participants from all over the world. If the scheduled workshop times don’t suit you, feel free to contact me—I’m happy to arrange a time that works best for you 😊
